Your refrigerator is one of the most important appliances in a restaurant. Not only does it keep your food cold or frozen, but it also helps preserve it. That's why it's important to properly maintain your refrigerator so that it can continue to function at its best. Here are some issues a refrigerator maintenance service should look out for:
Leaks
In most cases, leaks are caused by a loose hose or gasket. To fix a loose hose, the commercial refrigeration maintenance service will tighten the clamps that secure it to the fridge. If the gasket is damaged, you'll need to replace it.
To do this, they will remove the old gasket and install a new one in its place. Once they've fixed the leak, they will clean up any water that has pooled on the floor. If not cleaned up promptly, this water could lead to mold or mildew growth.
Frost Buildup

If it's not at the correct setting, you'll need to adjust it.
